Prices for SKI-PASS

The SKI-PASS is the property of the ski resort, and payment to the guest of the security deposit is not considered as a fact of purchase / sale of the plastic card, but is a pure element of the cash pledge of the card in case of its guest loss.

Only the person who purchased it (with the exception of children’s tickets) is entitled to use the SKI-PASS. Passing a ticket before the turnstile to others will be considered a fraud and an inconvenience for other guests. The resort administration reserves the right to take measures to prevent such actions up to and including withdrawal from the offender.

Unused subscription or part of it will not be carried over to another day. Money from unused or partially used subscription will not be refunded. One SKI-PASS per ONE PERSON.

These conditions are of the nature of a public offer and in accordance with Art. 633, 641 and Ch. 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine its terms are the same for all consumers, unconditional observance of which (payment by any means, Article 642, Part 2 of the Civil Code) is considered acceptance of this offer. In other words, by purchasing a subscription at the cash desk of Krasia, he agrees to the above conditions and agrees to fulfill them.
